- We test with unexpected but valid characters, like plus signs, periods, and dashes in email addresses or names.
- We observe the behavior after clicking submit, checking for page refreshes, redirects, and what confirmation users actually see.
- We examine whether form submissions trigger expected email notifications, and how those emails appear in common clients (like Gmail or Outlook).
