Why We Prefer A Public URL

We prefer to test your live production site, not staging, because many of the most common issues only appear after launch. We can test on external websites during development such as are provided by WordPress, Squarespace, WIX, and others, before your site goes live.

What Counts as a Page?

If your user clicks something and thinks, “Ooh, new stuff!, that’s a page. We count anything that shows fresh content: traditional pages, dynamic views, pop-up panels, or slick single-page app transitions. URL or not, if it feels like a new page, we’re testing it.

What is Input Validation?

We test any form or field where users can enter information, from contact forms and search bars to login screens and checkout pages. If users can submit it, we check how your site handles it.
